Meghan & Chris set out to have their big, fat Italian wedding in June of 2020 when COVID-19 disrupted their plans. The couple made the decision to pivot to an intimate celebration at the Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, Colorado. 

Meghan’s vision to create a room dripping in “as many candles as we’re allowed” and lush greenery came to life beautifully. The open-air pavilion at Sonnenalp on a picture-perfect day in Vail was full of love and intention. Guests dined under the stars while the tunes of Frank Sinatra played softly in the background, before hitting the dance floor all night long.

While it may not have been Meghan and Chris' original plan, being surrounded by the love of 53 of their closest friends and family made for a perfect night that won't be forgotten.
